CLUB DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE REGISTRATION

Please read these important notes before completing this form.

Each chartered Club, in good standing, in the District shall be entitled, at Convention, to one (1) Delegate and one (1) Alternate for each ten (10) members who have been enrolled for at least one (1) year and one (1) day in the Club, or major fraction thereof as shown by the records at International Office on the 28th February 2026. Provided, however, that each Club shall be entitled to at least one (1) Delegate and one (1) Alternate.

 

The major fraction referred to, as above, shall be five (5) or more members.

 

1-14 members = ONE 15-24 members = TWO 25-34 = THREE etc.

A Club is in “Good Standing” only if all dues to the District, Multiple District and International have been paid. The District Treasurer will notify the Registration Officer of any Clubs not in Good Standing as at the “Cut Off” date, 16th March 2026. Such Clubs shall not be permitted to vote at Convention.

 

If outstanding dues are paid between 16th and 20th March evidence of payment must be produced, or confirmed by the District Treasurer, to the Registration Officer before Delegates may be certified.

 

Payments of outstanding dues cannot be accepted after 20th March 2026.

In the case of disputed accounts with International Office, evidence such as copy invoice and payment counterfoil should be produced, to the District Treasurer, to substantiate contention that no debt exists.
