You are warmly invited to our Autumn Forum, where together we will have a focus on the vital theme of Hunger and how we can make a greater impact in our communities.
Please read the details carefully as there are some big differences to how we have done things before.
Morning Sessions include:

Ø ‘Leadership and Wellness’
Ø ‘Membership - Together We Can.’
Ø ‘See the difference - Capturing Vision with Lions’
v Guest speaker - Aairon Dalton from Food for Thought CIC
Aairon is a chef and founder of Food for Thought CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to transforming communities through food, friendship and wellbeing. His work combines culinary expertise with a passion for improving health, resilience and connection across all generations.
Afternoon Sessions include:
Ø Service - what do you know about hunger?
Ø New Members Orientation
Ø Listening to your members
Ø Is your club ready for new members?
Ø What HQ can do for you? Marketing materials and more…
Ø Reporting service, CIO trustees advice & DBS applications

When: Sunday 16th November 2025
10.00am arrival for a prompt 10.30am start. The event is scheduled to finish at 3.30pm.
Cabinet meeting will follow afterwards.

· Bring some items for local foodbanks in exchange for unlimited hot drinks.
· Bring a packed lunch to combat food waste.
· Headquarters will be open before the start of Autumn Forum to drop off spectacles, hearing aids, bras and foreign coins.
