British Isles Flood Grants Available from the LCI MD105 Foundation - September 2024 

Over the last few days we have seen unprecedented rainfall across the District and the wider British Isles, this has in some places led to some areas of extreme flooding

There have been opportunities for Lions based in the areas affected by the flooding to support their own communities in significant ways - and the Foundation of the Multiple District is here to support these communities and our Lions. 

The Multiple District Foundation invites applications to the MD 105 Foundation Disaster Fund to help with suitable projects and initiatives

All Grants will be considered subject to the availability of funds
 
A Grant Application Form is attached and any club or Zone wishing to apply is asked to complete the form and e-mail to the Foundation’s Secretary Lion David Atkins - davidatkins@lionsclubs.co.uk

We have been assured that the Trustees are very conscious of the potential urgency of the situation and will give as swift a response as is possible (the deadlines mentioned on the application form do not apply to Emergency Grants)
